Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Dayal Opticals follows a strict no-refund policy.
- Clients can exchange sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused
- Clients can cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours
- If an order is cancelled by Dayal Opticals due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued, along
- If the client selects a product priced lower than the original purchase, the price difference will not
- If the client does not like any other product at the time of exchange, a credit note will be provided
